Looking to join the Redwings team? Here’s a quick guide to how things work when you apply for one of our roles.
Take a look at our current vacancies and see what catches your eye. Each role comes with a job description, which gives you a good idea of what the job involves and the skills and experience we’re looking for.
When you apply, we’d love to hear what you know about Redwings. Have a browse through our website before applying as it’ll give you a feel for who we are and what we do and help you decide if we’re a good match. You’ll also be asked to upload your CV and tell us how your skills and experience fit the role, so it’s a good idea to read the Person Specification in the job description.
Applications for our roles are usually open for around two weeks, but popular ones may close sooner so don’t wait too long to apply! Once applications close, we’ll carefully review them against the criteria for the role. This can take up to a week and then we’ll be in touch to let you know the outcome. If your skills and experience match what we’re looking for, we’ll invite you to the next stage, which for the majority of our roles is an in-person interview.
If you receive an interview invite, you’ll be able to book a time that suits you within a set range. Typically, interviews are a relaxed question-and-answer session with two of our hiring managers. For some roles, there may also be a short practical task, but we’ll always let you know in advance.
Don’t forget to bring proof of your Right to Work in the UK to your interview. Your interview invite will explain which documents are accepted.
It’s normal to feel a little nervous, but remember, the interview is just a chance for us to get to know each other better. To help you feel confident:
We’ll review your answers (and your practical task, if you had one) and get back to you as soon as we can, either by email or phone.
Whatever the outcome, please know we appreciate the time you've taken to apply and get to know us. We wish you the very best of luck in your application!
