This policy outlines our organisation’s approach to working with recruitment agencies. It sets clear expectations regarding speculative approaches and ensures that recruitment activity is conducted in a fair, transparent, and cost-effective manner.
We only work with recruitment agencies that have been formally approved and contracted by our HR/Recruitment team.
Any agency wishing to partner with us must be on our preferred supplier list (PSL) and engaged through a signed agreement before submitting candidates.
We do not accept speculative CVs or candidate submissions from agencies with whom we do not have an agreement in place.
Any unsolicited CVs sent to our employees (including hiring managers) will be treated as gifts. This means:
Agencies must not approach our managers, directors, or employees directly with speculative candidates or recruitment services. Any speculative details received will be deleted.
Candidate ownership will only be recognised where:
Submissions outside of this process will not be eligible for fee consideration.
Agencies that continue to make speculative approaches will be removed from consideration for any future recruitment opportunities. Persistent breaches may lead to blacklisting from our PSL.
We value strong, professional relationships with our approved recruitment partners. By prohibiting speculative approaches, we aim to maintain fairness, transparency, and efficiency in our recruitment process, while protecting both candidates and our organisation.
